In Rifimpress, every stage of the production process, from the input of the raw material, through production, to post-casting operations, is monitored following dedicated control models that are developed taking into account the customer’s specifications and the die-casting features.

Numerous line checks are performed by the Rifimpress quality assurance department:

·      Standard processing inspection in the melting and finishing departments every 2 hours

·      Controllo particolareggiato o mirato a seconda delle esigenze del cliente (su richiesta)

·      Sample checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
